Order before 10am Monday to Wednesday and your caviar ships the same day by express chilled delivery. The early-week cutoff exists precisely so long-haul orders arrive well before the weekend, still perfectly cold. What to order
The Royal-Grade Kaluga offers large glossy pearls above 3.2mm with a smooth, buttery flavour and a clean finish — exceptional alongside WA marron or freshly shucked Albany rocks. The Kaluga Hybrid, from $149.95, is mellow and gently nutty, an easy introduction for a first tin. A 30g tin serves two, 50g serves three to four, and 100g covers a dinner party of seven to eight.
