Refrigerated Courier (transit in refrigerated trucks) and Sydney weekday same-day delivery are free on every order of $199.95 or more. Express Delivery (isothermal packaging with ice packs), offered wherever we reach you the next business day, is free from $299.95 where Refrigerated Courier is not offered, otherwise $39.95. Below the thresholds each option is a flat $39.95. Weekend Urgent Delivery in Sydney, for orders placed before 12pm AEST on a Saturday or Sunday and delivered that day by 5pm, is a flat $149.95; the normal Monday same-day run is offered beside it. For the moments that cannot wait, a co-founder can hand-deliver your order for a flat $2,000, driven from our Sydney cold room within about 80 km or flown on the next Qantas flight further afield, whenever it can reach you in time and no same-day courier is available that day.

Refrigerated Courier (our recommended option) reaches Sydney metro, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter, Wollongong, the Southern Highlands, Goulburn, Canberra, Batemans Bay, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo and the Central West, Melbourne metro and Brisbane metro, and the outer areas served from our Melbourne and Brisbane depots, including Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, the Mornington Peninsula, the Yarra Valley, Gippsland, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Lismore, Tweed Heads, Hervey Bay and Bundaberg, in refrigerated trucks from our door to yours. Units and apartments are welcome. Sydney metro also enjoys same-day delivery, Monday to Friday, and Urgent Delivery on weekends. Every suburb we reach the next business day, in every state, can also choose Express Delivery, dispatched Monday to Wednesday and at your door in 1 to 3 business days. We never deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Use the postcode checker on any product page to confirm your address before you order.

Refrigerated Courier: order by Monday 3pm AEST and it is dispatched on Tuesday in refrigerated trucks. Sydney-run zones (Sydney metro, the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter, Wollongong, Southern Highlands, Goulburn, Canberra, Batemans Bay, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo and the Central West) arrive Wednesday to Friday of that week. Melbourne metro and Brisbane metro arrive that Friday. Outer areas served from the Melbourne and Brisbane depots arrive on their next scheduled run after that Friday, which can be the following week. Orders after the cut-off go out the following Tuesday. For example, an order made at 6pm on Thursday 12 November is dispatched on Tuesday 17 November, for an expected delivery between Wednesday 18 and Friday 20 November in Sydney-run zones. Checkout shows the exact dispatch and arrival days for your address. Sydney metro: order by 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday, and it is delivered the same day by 5pm. On a Saturday or Sunday, order by 12pm AEST for Urgent Delivery that day by 5pm at a flat $149.95, or choose the normal Monday same-day run. After 12pm, the Monday run remains. Express Delivery (where we reach you next business day): we dispatch Monday to Wednesday only. Order by 10am AEST and your tins leave that day, at your door in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after Wednesday 10am are held in our cold room and are first out the following Monday. Hand delivery: a co-founder brings it to you for a flat $2,000 whenever it can reach you in time and no same-day courier is available that day. Within about 80 km of our Sydney cold room it is driven to you and handed over by 5pm the same day when the drive still fits, otherwise the next day. Further away it flies on the next Qantas flight, the same day for orders before 9am AEST and otherwise the next day. We do not dispatch on public holidays. Delivery updates are sent by SMS, so please give a mobile number at checkout, not a landline. We are not responsible for any damage caused by an order being left unattended at the premises. If you are not available, please arrange for someone to collect it as soon as it is delivered. Caviar needs to be refrigerated.

Only our bundles carry a deadline. Each bundle page shows its own end date and a countdown. Single tins and accessories are priced without a deadline.

Discount codes: one code per order. Codes can’t be combined with other offers or with each other, and can’t be used on items that are already discounted, including sale and Caviar Table prices.

Our sturgeon are raised in sustainable aquaculture farms across the globe, primarily in China, Belgium and Italy. Every farm we work with is CITES certified. All caviar imports are made in accordance with Australia's Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water and its policy on wildlife trade.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to the perishable nature of caviar, returns and refunds are not accepted as we cannot guarantee the product has been stored at the correct chilled conditions once received.
